[from Scope and Content] AGREEMENT (copy) between 1) Samuel Parr and Susannah his wife, George Jones and Mary his wife, Henry Huntriss and Leah his wife, and William Edwards and Elizabeth his wife, which said Susannah, Mary, Leah and Elizabeth are daughters of Robert Vernon of Parkgate and legatees mentioned in his will, and 2) James Finchett of Liverpool, esq.; to the effect that, the said Robert Vernon being affected in his mind and not capable of taking care of himself, and being left with his wife's mother Martha Hughes, who now lives with him but is not capable of taking care of him, or of carrying on his house in PARKGATE as a Boarding House, all the personal property of the said Robert Vernon and the rents and profits of his tenements shall be delivered to the said James Finchett in trust to sell the same and to apply the monies to the use and support of the said Robert Vernon, and after his decease to the uses and purposes of his will. with OPINION of Henry Lawrence concerning the agreement.

DEED OF COVENANTS between 1) Samuel Parr of Parkgate, master mariner, and Susannah his wife, George Jones of Great Neston, skinner, and Mary his wife, Henry Huntriss of Liverpool, gentleman, and Leah his wife, and William Edwards of Parkgate, yeoman, and Elizabeth his wife. 2) James Finchett of Liverpool, esq. 3) John Minshull of Parkgate, butcher, and 4) Joseph Hayes Lyon of Bloomsbury Square, esq., whereby the 1st 3 parties agree to assign to the said Joseph Hayes Lyon, the premises as above (no DHL/17/8) for their estate and interest then subsisting therein, at an annual rent to Sir Thomas Mostyn of £8. Dated 19th December 1818
